Sandra Waldron has over 30 years’ experience and has an impressive educational background, holding an Associate's degree in Humanities, a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, and a Master's degree in Social Work. Additionally, she has fulfilled all but her dissertation (ABD) in Human Service Administration for her PhD. Sandra is a licensed Master Social Worker, a Master Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Certified Trauma Professional. Currently, Sandra serves as the Director of Project Management for Farnham Family Services. In this pivotal role, she is responsible for capacity building of executive and other leadership positions with higher-level project management responsibilities including staff training, incident management, corporate compliance, policy and procedures, grant applications and administration, management of grant projects, reporting, regulatory certification, and accreditation activities, as well as leading program audits and special projects. Before assuming her current position, Sandra held several significant roles within the agency, including Senior Director of Services, Corporate Compliance Officer, Operations Director, Consulting Director, and Prevention Services Director. Sandra founded the Farnham Family Services Training Institute to enhance and expand the continuing education opportunities in Oswego County for CASAC’s and Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPA). Before assuming the leadership roles at Farnham, she worked in the human service field holding executive level leadership positions and providing mental health and substance abuse services and directorships in programs serving individuals across the lifespan. Further, Sandra held Adjunct Professor positions teaching Psychology courses in several higher educational institutions.
