TREATMENT PROGRAMS

We specialize in recovery-oriented, evidence and strength-based treatment services. Because every person’s struggle with substance use disorder is different, and presents unique circumstances and challenges, we provide individualized care at our facilities in Oswego, Fulton, Mexico, and Pulaski. Rather than a blanket approach to Substance Use Disorder treatment, we work one on one with each patient along his or her path to recovery.

OUR TREATMENT SERVICES INCLUDE

Comprehensive medical assessments and psychosocial evaluations for drug addiction and alcohol use/abuse, with individualized treatment recommendations
Outpatient services
Individualized counseling
Group treatment counseling includes a new client centered and inspired list of groups including dual diagnosis, psycho-educational, therapy, and recovery groups
Adolescent services
Counseling for families, couples, and anyone affected by another's Substance Use Disorder
Referrals to Care Management and other/additional services as needed
Case management; We leverage our many community partnerships to support clients in other life areas while in recovery including transportation, housing, physical health, employment, Physical Health Services, and more.
