We accept most insurances, Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care and offer convenient personalized payment plans - but at Farnham Family Services, we believe payment should not be a barrier to treatment. We provide sliding scale options for payments.

We never refuse care to anyone who is unable to pay. Once admitted, we work with those clients to find them funding and insurance options.

If you need Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care, you can enroll at the NYS Health Exchange. We offer enrollment with a Certified Navigator. Please call our office at 315-342-4489 and ask to speak to an RCM Specialist for information.
